Faulty Docks Wednesday 16 November, 2011

About 2 months ago I ordered 3 of this docks.\r\nAfter receiving and plugging them on out of 3 worked fine. The 2 others would only mount my HDDs using USB then, after less than a week of use they stopped working.\r\n\r\nAlso, very strange, the INVOICE I received was stablished for 15€ only (while I paid around 126€) and there was written \"SAMPLE - No commercial value\". \r\n\r\nAfter several weeks waiting for an answer as I sent a message explaining this situation I\'ve decided to make this post. Let\'s see if ESPOW will end up answering and making the refund for this faulty items.\r\n\r\nOff course, I gave 5 stars to this just to make sure this post will not be filtered.

Did you mean all the 3 docking stations could not work? \r\n \r\nFor the invoice problem, it is possible that our colleague made a mistake and wrote the wrong amount.
