1. Can’t upload photos.
Please check have any photos in the memory card, make sure the photos in the “DCIM” file folder, Ipad only read the photos what below the “DCIM” file folder. Otherwise please build new “DCIM” file folder and take the photos in.

2. Can’t recognition and upload other formats file.
Please install application program on ipad.

3.If still can’t recognition device or upload photos.
Please try to swap card reader, or restart Ipad to reset the system, maybe incorrect operation caused.
