This was my first order with ESPOW and I was satisfied with my order. Excellent product quality, reasonable price and good delivery service make me very happy. But I want to say something about package. Though door phone is intact, the package of door phone is damaged. I hope ESOPW can pay more attention to package.

For what it is, this is a great little DVR. I got mine, put in a MicroSD card, plugged in two wires, and it just worked. Build quality is much better than I expected, it feels like it is put together solidly.

The door phone I ordered came well within the stated delivery time. The door phone is very easy to setup and everything works great. But for my house, the cable which even has been connected with enclosed cable is short. I think a longer cable would be better. However, this is a worth device.

The door phone was received in good package. Product is good and easy to install and use. Only one comment that I have is that its sound not so loud even I maximize the volume. I have to come so close to the monitor on conversation. However, it is a worth device that I'm very appreciate to suggest to everybody.
